Instructions: No need to soak, rinse well (do not skip this step!) before placing in a pan covered in water, bring to boil and then simmer for 15-20 mins until water is absorbed and you can see the quinoa ‘tails’!
A deliciously nutty grain, use in salads, as you would rice as a side dish, makes a tasty porridge!
