Sosmix

  • As a vegetarian/vegan sausage mix.

    Makes around 6 sausages: Place 150g sosmix into bowl, add 250ml cold water. Mix and stand for 10 mins. Form into sausage shape and fry gently or cook in oven or under grill.

    Can add spices and herbs - rosemary, sage, smoked paprika are all good additions!
