A good source of vitamin A, B vitamins, iron, protein, calcium and selenium.

A great one to sprout, soak for an hour in water, drain and then place in a jar with a muslin cloth cover for 1 day and you will see small sprouts appear. Add sprouts to salads and dishes. Sprouting increases the nutritional content and makes in more available to digest.
